Two files of the Texas Department of Insurance on the Texas Open Data Portal:
 insurance agencies and businesses (one row per license) and
 active insurance company appointments for agencies , downloaded
on Oct 1, 2026. Each new capture is kept: appointments gained and lost build up here, where the state
publishes only the current picture.
